In his practice, Frits focuses primarily on entrepreneurs, and with a speciality in SME businesses. He advises and supports his clients in the areas of contract law, business law, insurance law and transport law. In addition, he leads the employment law section within the office and provides a large number of disparate clients with advice in this domain.

Acting quickly is one of the features of his practice. He is able to get to the point quickly and to provide recommendations that are suitable for the client's enterprise. Legal action if necessary, but taking care of things wherever possible.

Frits studied business law at the RU Leiden and got his LL.M. degree at the University of London. Since 1989, the year of his admission, Frits has worked at Van Dam & Kruidenier.
