The advocates listed below have registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal areas:

  • Mr. M.J. van Dam is registered for [principal (and secondary) legal practice areas]:: Administrative law, Social security law, Transport and commercial law and Insurance law.
  • Mr. T. Roos is registered for [principal (and secondary) legal practice areas]: General practice (Civil law), Civil procedural law (Arbitration, Attachment and execution law, Litigation), Insurance law and Transport and trade law.
  • Mr. J.F. Bienfait is registered for [principal (and secondary) legal practice areas]: General practice (Civil law), Civil procedural law (Litigation).
  • Mr. A.A. Marcus is registered for [principal (and secondary) legal practice areas]: Real Estate Law (Construction Law) and Contract Law.
  • Mr. A. Thissen is registered for [principal (and secondary) legal practice areas]: Labour law.
  • Mr. G. Kara is registered for [principal (and secondary) legal practice areas]: Contract law.

Based on this registration, they are required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
